Metacode Studios, LLC ("Metacode Studios", "we", "us") operates this website and provides software architecture and data engineering consulting services. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us directly:
- Contact details you submit through our contact form or provide by email, phone, or text, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the contents of your message.
- Business information you share while we scope or perform work for you.
- Basic server logs generated automatically when you visit this site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use this site for advertising or cross-site tracking.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about services
- To deliver, support, and invoice consulting work you engage us for
- To send text messages to your mobile number when you have consented to receive them
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Sharing of information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Metacode Studios, LLC does not share or sell consumer personal information, including phone numbers, to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
Outside of the above, we share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers that operate our infrastructure, such as email, hosting, and messaging providers, acting on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
- Legal compliance, where disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other valid legal process.

Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and affirmatively consent, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry and any work we perform for you. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Data retention
We keep contact and project information for as long as needed to provide services and to satisfy legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Opt-out records are retained as long as necessary to honor your opt-out.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and request correction or deletion
- Withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message
- Unsubscribe from email by replying and asking us to stop
